How much time does each workout take?
Most sessions run 45–75 minutes depending on the template you choose. The 3-day program is ideal if your schedule is full; the 5-day option works well if training is a daily anchor for you.
Do I need a fully equipped gym?
The program is built around standard gym equipment. Every key exercise also includes a replacement option for when equipment is occupied, so you're always covered.
Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase?

There is a lot of material to absorb in the course, do we need to finish all of the lessons before we start doing the workouts?
You can start using the workouts as soon as you download the program. It is recommended to listen to the first 3 episodes before starting; however, each individual is different. The audio guide will be delivered as a private podcast, in addition to the course platform, so you can listen on the go as well as in the course platform.
