You Walk In. You Look Around. You Do What You Always Do.

LIFT LIKE YOU MEAN IT

Lift Like You Mean It is a structured strength program for women who already show up — and are ready for their training to actually reflect that.

✦ Founding Price: $67 — Limited Time ✦

You walk into the gym and the plan you had in your head on the drive over disappears the moment you get there.

You grab a weight. It feels about right. You do a few sets of something. You drift toward the machines you know. You check your phone between sets more than you meant to. You do some cardio because at least that feels productive. You leave thinking, "That was fine. I think."

That's not training. That's going through motions and hoping something changes.

The frustrating part is that you're not lazy. You're not unmotivated. You like lifting. You've been doing it long enough to know it works. But somewhere between walking through the doors and actually training, the structure you need just isn't there — and no amount of effort makes up for that.

That's exactly what this program fixes.

Here's what a year of unstructured training actually costs.

You've put in the hours. You've shown up when it was easy and when it wasn't.

But if your body looks the same as it did twelve months ago, if you're lifting similar weights to what you were lifting last spring, if you finish sessions and genuinely can't say what you built — that's not a motivation problem. That's a structure problem.

Every session without a clear plan is a session that produces less than it should.

Multiply that across a year of workouts and the loss isn't just physical

  • It's the quiet frustration of working hard and not being able to point to what it's producing.

  • It's the uncertainty that follows you into the gym and back out again.

  • It's another month of feeling capable of more but not knowing how to get there.

You don't need to work harder. You need a system that makes your effort count.

This program is NOT for you if:

  • You've never lifted weights before. The programs assume you know how to perform basic movements. A complete beginner will feel lost, and that's not what either of us wants.

  • You're not willing to track anything. Progress in this program is built on knowing what you did last week so you can beat it this week. If tracking feels like too much, this won't work the way it's designed to.

  • You want someone programming your workouts in real time or adjusting your plan week by week. This is self-guided. The structure is built in. The thinking is done with you. But you need to be the one who executes it.

  • You're looking for weight loss programming. This program is designed to build strength and muscle. Body composition changes are a byproduct of that — not the focus.

This program IS for you if:

  • You've been lifting for at least six months to 1 year.

  • You go to the gym 3–5 days a week.

  • You know enough to get started but are unsure if what you're doing is actually working — and you're ready for a plan that changes that.

I See You.

You're a woman who shows up. You do the work.

But somewhere between walking through the gym doors and actually training, something breaks down

You look at the weight rack and freeze, not sure if the weight you grabbed is right

You know the basics, just a loose idea of exercises you rotate

You've tried programs before, but they were designed for someone else's life

You're working hard but can't quite tell if you're actually getting stronger

What Women Are Experiencing

“I used to stand at the entrance and scan the floor for five minutes before I did anything. Now I walk straight to what I need. My shoulders and arms are more defined and I'm now confidently working towards getting my first pull-up!”

Sarah M. - 41

“I added 90 lbs (a 45 lb plate on each side) to my hip thrust after 1 month and noticed a nice round shape to my glutes.”

Mary F. - 45

“The audio guide alone was worth it. At first, I listened to an episode or two before my workouts which helped me feel so much more prepared. I eventually stopped second-guessing my weights and finally understand what progressive overload actually feels like."

Dana K. - 46

Let's talk about what this actually costs — and what it doesn't.

A single session with a personal trainer at most gyms runs $80 to $200. One hour. One workout. No program, no progression plan, no system to carry you through the rest of the week.

Lift Like You Mean It is $67. That's less than one session — and it gives you a complete training system, three full programs, a progression method, and an audio guide you can return to every time you need it. Not for one session. For the lifetime of the program.

But there's a cost worth considering that doesn't show up on a price tag.

If you've been training consistently for a year or more without seeing meaningful change in your strength or your body, that training wasn't free. It cost you time — hours in the gym that produced less than they should have. It cost you energy. It cost you the progress you could have made with the right structure behind you.

Another month of unstructured training costs you more of the same.

$67 is a decision to stop leaving results on the table.

The version of you waiting on the other side of this program:

  • Calm and capable when you train

  • Stronger in your everyday life

  • Confident choosing weights

  • No more mental overload at the gym

  • A plan that sticks because it's yours

  • Real trust in yourself and your body

FAQs - Good Questions. Real Answers.

  • I already have some lifting experience. Is this too basic for me?

    • This program is designed specifically for women who already lift but want more structure, clarity, and confidence in their training. If you've ever walked in without a clear plan, this will feel like a relief—not a step backward.

  • I'm a beginner, can this program work for me?

    • This program is designed for someone with at least a year or two of weight training experience. Complete beginners may feel overwhelmed and would be better served starting with foundational instruction first.

  • How much time does each workout take?

    • Most sessions run 45–75 minutes depending on the template you choose. The 3-day program is ideal if your schedule is full; the 5-day option works well if training is a daily anchor for you.

  • Do I need a fully equipped gym?

    • The program is built around standard gym equipment. Every key exercise also includes a replacement option for when equipment is occupied, so your training never stalls because of a crowded gym.

  • Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase?

    • One-time purchase. You get access to all three programs, the audio series, videos, photos, and tracker for the lifetime of the program. No ongoing fees.

  • There's a lot of material here. Do I need to finish all the lessons before I start training?

    • You can start using the workouts as soon as you download the program. Listening to the first three episodes before your first session is recommended — they give you the foundation that makes everything else click. After that, work through the audio guide at your own pace. It's delivered as a private podcast so you can listen between sets, on your commute, or wherever it fits.

  • Isn't most of this available for free on YouTube?

    • Some of it, yes. The exercises exist. The principles exist. You can find a video on deadlift form, a post about progressive overload, and a reel explaining rep ranges. What you can't find is all of it assembled in the right order, connected to each other, and designed to build on itself week after week. That's the part that's been missing. Most women who've been lifting for a year or more without meaningful progress aren't lacking information, they're lacking a sequenced system that tells them exactly what to do, why, and when to progress. Piecing together content from different sources gives you fragments. This gives you a complete structure you can walk into the gym and follow the same day.

  • How much support do you offer?

    • This program is designed for you to learn and implement at your own pace. The audio guide provides full instruction for every phase of training. If a specific question comes up, you can reach out directly at info@unbreakablemb.com.

  • Are there any calls or 1:1 coaching with this program?

    • This is a self-paced program — the instruction, structure, and progression are all built into the materials. That said, a small number of monthly 1:1 Voxer coaching spots are available exclusively to program members. It's not something that's advertised outside of the program itself. If personalized coaching is something you want access to, buying the program is how you get in the door. Application submission and review are required.

  • How long do I have access to the program and materials?

    • For the lifetime of the program. All materials are downloadable, including the audio guide, which lives in both the course platform and your private podcast feed. When updates are made, you receive them automatically.

  • What if I decide this isn't for me?

    • Because this is a digital program with immediate access to all materials, all sales are final. Take a few minutes before you purchase to read through this page carefully — the "this is not for you if" section especially. If you recognize yourself in the right-fit description and you're ready to commit to the work, this program will deliver. If you're unsure, sit with that before you buy.

You already know how to show up. This gives you something worth showing up for.

12 weeks from now you could still be doing what you're doing — the same exercises, the same weights, the same uncertainty when you walk through those doors.

Or you could be deep in a program that's already added meaningful weight to your deadlift, given you a clear plan for every session, and made you feel like someone who trains with intention.

The founding price of $67 won't be here much longer. But more than that — another month or two of unstructured training isn't free either. It costs you time, progress, and the version of yourself you're trying to build.
